Most Restaurants use a padded form to take the order at the table. This order is then transferred to the computer and then dispersed to the printers in the kitchen, bar etc.

These padded forms can be plain paper, numbered printed checks (greenies) or Captain’s Pads. Hamco has a good selection of all of these options.
